Dedusting is undoubtedly the most difficult process in sieve technology. In the case of dedusting, the screen is filled with product, while only a small proportion of dust is present. In the case of dedusting, the largest volume is on the screen and the product must be routed to the outlet using vibrations over a flat screen. To make the screen vibrate extra and keep it clean we use a ball cleaning system
