The Food Grade finish is carried out by Kalfsvel coating from Zaandam.
This finish is realized by means of glass beads.
The glass peening process ensures that the Stainless steel vibratory separators get an even and clean surface. This makes the vibratory separator always easy to clean.
AMKCO Europe machines use the special glass peening method patented by Kalfsvel in which the surfaces ra are realized between 0.2 – 0.6. The stainless steel food grade standard (EHDGE) industry prescribes a Ra of < 0.8. The requirement is more than met
