In recent years there have been many developments in the field of manure processing. As the costs for manure processing continue to increase and the regulations become stricter, the demand for a good and simple manure processing system has increased enormously.

AMKCO Europe has been active in the manure sector since 2010 and therefore has a lot of experience and knowledge in the field of manure processing solutions. Many installations are based on ultra filtration or reverse osmosis. The problems they encounter at these installations are often unnecessary contamination of the membranes. AMKCO offers a solution in which manure of a continuous quality is offered to the ultra filtration and reverse osmosis in such a way that the membranes are minimally loaded. Often a screw press precedes the vibratory separator, separating the thick fraction from the thin fraction. The combination of screw press and vibratory separator creates a stab-resistant mass and a liquid in which the solid particles are always smaller than 40 microns. This pre-filtration prevents membrane overload and contributes to a longer service life.
